If you install netbeans and then install the ireports-plugin. you are NOT able to use the swings-components for your project.(Means all formas and dialogs you are opening are useless)
Just try it.
1) install your ireport - plugin
2) create a new empty project with any Form or dialog -component
3) add the swingx-jar to the Palette
4) add a JXHeader to the empty form (inside the designer - with your mouse)
5) click at the properties sheet to view the propperties of the JXHeader
6) many typecast-errorrs occour and you are not able to set the desiciption (or the text) of the JXHeader
-> After deinstalling the ireport-plugin and restarting the netbeans ide again, the JXHeader works fine!
