Would like to move group footers up and down by drag & drop.
Right now, if using the UI, you have to right-click and select move up/down to reposition the group. This can be time consuming if there are a dozen groups.
Workaround is to move the XML tag by hand, which is much faster, but not as intuitive as drag and drop.
