[#3645] - Changing item label color in a bar chart to RED for -ve values

I have a bar chart in which I'm displaying the item labels ( the values on top of the bars).

My data contains a few negative values. So the requirement is to display the negative labels in RED, whereas the +ve values will remain in the the default BLACK.

How can I do this? Is there a straight forward solution for this?

I don't see any options in iReports where I can put a condition for this.

I would like to mention that, if the solution is to go for a customizer class then please help me by giving me the codes for it.
