iReport does not start on Windows64
iReport is not Jaspersoft Studio. I suppose you used the Jaspersoft Studio internal bug submission system to open a new issue. Can you confirm this?
However this feature is related to JSS itself. If you want to open bugs related to iReport, use the dedicated page on the Community Tracker.

I can not open iReport and than send report from it, because it just do nothing.. So moving this ticket to iReport branch is correct.
