[#2824] - Name Parameter at Creation Time

It would be very nice if when adding a new parameter, the dialog box to name it popped up immediately. It is silly to add a parameter, locate it in the list, and then right-click it to call up the naming dialog box to give it the name I wanted to give it from the beginning.
