Hi,
It looks like the (minor) version of the hibernate library used in IReport is older than the one used in Jasper-Server.
For my specific case, it means that I am unable to connect to Sybase ASE 15 through Hibernate in IReport, even though I have no problem generating reports through the Jasper-Reports library through hibernate with that database.
