to understand the problem please do that steps
1. define a group name=g1
then you get a variable "g1_count" in variables bar
2. close all menues and go into the group definition g1 again
click into "modify" and change nothing then you will get
the variable "g1_count" again
I guess that is only a screening problem because saving and reopening will fix the the screening bug.
