1. Create a crosstab.
2. Open "Element properties" for any element in the crosstab, select the "Border" tab and apply some border settings (say, set bottom border from "None" to "Thin"). Close the properties window.
3. Open "Element properties" for any other element, and navigate to the Border tab.
4. The Border settings for the selected element are THE SAME as for the one modified previously, even though in reality, they are not (verified via the jrxml source).
