Problem with compiling under JR 0.6.5

2006-03-03 07:10

My problem is following: I need to update reports in application which uses JR ver 0.6.5, and I cannot find any way to compile reports to fit this. I tried with iReports 1.2.0 (with compatibility set to 0.6.5) and manually via simple java class which uses JR 0.6.5 libraries - I still got message about invalid input stream from JasperManager.fillReport method (I know its obsolete method...) when trying to display report from application. Ive noticed that when I compile sample xml report without any changes made, resulting jasper file is about 2/3 size of original old compiled jasper file... I guess sth is missing, but I have no idea what :(

Thanks for any ideas and help.

regards - Lucas
