jasper_cullen
Hi, My company utilizes both JasperReports Server 8.2 Enterprise as well as JasperReports Server 8.2 Professional. A lot of times, we create reports in Enterprise and export/import them into Professional. However, we have to import the file twice for a successful import because the initial import always causes an error. The message reads: "Import failed. Import of an organization to the root is not allowed." My assumption is that this error is being caused by the fact that we do not have the multi-tenancy functionality added onto our Professional license. Although in both our Professional license and Enterprise license environments we use only a single tenant with the same name, would this be the reason for this error message? Paul Jimenez
Hello, This unfortunately seems like a known issue in JRS 9.0.0. More information can be found here: "Administrators in a single-tenant organization must go through the import procedure twice to import a file." We apologize for the trouble. Regards, Paul
