Cannot login to Jaspersoft Studio Community Edition

I just registered for a Jaspersoft account and downloaded the Jaspersoft-Studio-CE_6.21.2_windows_x86_64.exe file. When I run the file and enter in my email address and password, I receive the error "Exception, if you want to see more information look into details. Reason: An error occurred while verifying the credehntials." I know the email address and password are correct because they are the exact same ones I used to post this message. Please help.
