How to merge cells depends on number of cells below

Hello, below is te cut form my template. $V{masterDay} repeats depends on the data and this is OK, but it is always merging 2 cells. 

 

But sometimes I have more data so in the end my excel looks like below. The problem is that in the second repeating should merge 4 cells but there is always merged two of them. Is any possibiity to adjust merging to the number of cells below ?
