How to solve "net.sf.jasperreports.engine.design.JRDesignBand cannot be cast to net.sf.jasperreports.engine.design.JRDesignElement" this error?

I want to show the ireport result in screen using java program. When i try to see the result it was perfect in ireport tool but it did not shown in screen it shows the above error
