rkraghav54 Posted June 15 Share Posted June 15 Hello All,I installed JasperSoft Community Edition 6.10 as this version is recommended by our Application vendor.I provide my application URL as : https://host:port/service with Username and PasswordWhen I click on Test Connection, I am getting an Exception pop up with message:Exception, if you want to see more information look into detailsReason: Connection failedWhen I click Details button, I get below information:net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Connection failed at com.redprairie.moca.jrds.MocaDBDataAdapterService.createConnection(MocaDBDataAdapterService.java:65) at com.redprairie.moca.jrds.MocaDBDataAdapterService.test(MocaDBDataAdapterService.java:83) at com.jaspersoft.studio.data.DataAdapterEditorPart$1$1.runOperations(DataAdapterEditorPart.java:196) at com.jaspersoft.studio.utils.jobs.CheckedRunnableWithProgress$1.run(CheckedRunnableWithProgress.java:51) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:748)Any idea what could cause this exception?Regards,Raghav Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Whenever, we install another version of Jaspersoft Studio Community Edition, we need to first uninstall the version installed on system and then, we also need to delete the folder JaspersoftWorkspace in profile directory C:Users<username> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
