How to set JVM Options for Application Servers?

Hello,

first I installed Jasper with bundle script on Oracle Linux 8.6 and I had problem with RAM.

Ram memory was getting busier day by day.
It seemed that Garbage Cholechtor was not working.

 

Then I decided to install Jasper on same clean intall Oracle 8.6 linux, but via war file (jasperpp.docx, in this file are commands I used).

In file you can see that I "changed" Xms and Xmx for JVM. I don't know is that ok.

Do anybodu knows how to change it, if way I did it is wrong?
