Jasper Server 8.0.1 is getting down very often in Production

Hello all,

 

jasper server 8.0.1 is getting down often and coming up again due to capacity problems . error is 503.

 

please share any inputs as early possible - it would of timely support to see what is causing the issue.

 

ram size is: 8 gb

jvm - 8 and 24 gb min and max

connection pool size: 500
