Demarrage de Jasperserver

Bonjour chers tous, 

Je vous en prie j'ai besoin de votre aide.

J'ai installé Jasperserver sur un systeme Windows 10.

Après l'installation , l'application ne fonctionne pas:

http://localhost:8080/jasperserver

Error 404 

La ressource demandée [/jasperserver] n'est pas disponible.

Je confirmer que les services: 

Apache Tomcat 9.0 jasperreportsTomcat  et  jasperreportsPostgreSQL ont bien demarré.

404 means the tomcat did not start up properly. Check the Tomcat log files to see the exceptions and work from there.
