How to configure remote access Jasprer Server on Windows Server

Dear All,

I'm facing difficulties accessing Jasper Server from outside world. How to access it? Always timeout. I have set the Windows Firewall inbound rules for the Jasper Server ports.

From inside the server itself I can accessed localhost:8081/jasperserver or public_ipserver_address:8081/jasperserver with no issue

But still not working. Any other configuration needed?

Hi, please ignore this. Apparently there is another extra firewall from the ISP.

All good now.
