Do I need to have a license of the fonts which I am using in jasper report for production release?

For generating pdf in spring boot application we used jasper reports and used font extensions.We embed the TTF files, fonts.xml and jasperreports.properties in project reaource folder. It is working fine. Now the Times New Roman TTF file is downloaded as free from one of the website. Do I need to have a licenece of this fonts for releasing the application in production?

It depends upon from where you downloaded the  Fonts  but it think its not needed.
