problem second level subreport in 6.12.2

My report calls a subreport, which in turn calls a (second) subreport. This is going well in Jasper 6.11. When I use Jasper 6.12.2 the second subreport is not found and error "Resource not found" occurs.

Using a relative pathname for the second subreport solves the problem but I do not like that solution. It works well in 6.11 so I think it is a bug.

Does anyone have another solution?

any workarounds are not satisfying (one could give a Path-Parameter to the main report and use/pass it for subreports)
