How can I change the default timestamp format in JasperReports IO?

Hi community,

can you tell me how I can change the default timestamp format in JasperReports IO?

In my report I want to use a java.sql.timestamp that is displayed in the language specific format.
I can already see that it is printed for example as "11.01.19 15:25" when I use "reportLocale=de" in the URL and I can see that it is printed as "1/11/19 3:25 PM" when I use "reportLocale=en".
That is already pretty good, but as I also want to see the seconds, I think that I have to change the timestamp format in a configuration file of JasperReports IO.
Is that correct? If yes, can you tell me where I can find this configuration file?

For the JasperReports Server (Jaspersoft Enterprise Edition) I know that I can define the timestamp format in the files "jasperserver_config.properties" and "jasperserver_config_de.properties" which are located on the path .../WEB-INF/bundles, but I can´t find these files in JasperReports IO.

Thanks a lot in advance for your help and answers :)

Best regards SAND_RA
