Images not loading into JasperServer reports

Hello ,

I have a report with an image on it.I have set the property of the image to "repo:/organizations/resources/images/Custom/Background.png"
I deployed the report with the help of the "repository server" to jasperserver.
I uploaded the image to the Resource/images/Custom/ folder.

On executing the report i am getting the following error

The server has encountered an error. Please excuse the inconvenience.

Error Message

Repository file resource "path" could not be loaded

Can anyone help me regarding this issue.

What user are you trying to execute the report as? Only superuser can see absolute path to resources, like /organizations/org_name/path/to/resource/

To make report available for the user from the organization, you need to specify relative path to the resource. If the absolute path is repo:/organizations/org_name/path/to/resource/ then relative path would be repo:/path/to/resource/

I have used this path (repo:/organizations/org_name/path/to/resource/)

In studio this path is working fine but throwing error on server.
