Ok, I see. We want to test if it is working at all with WebLogic 12c. For that purpose I have downloaded  the 60 day trial version TIB_js-jrs_7.1.0_linux_x86_64.run, however this is not a war file but Linux executable which is developed for tomcat + postgres. I have installed it with option [1] using the bundled tomcat and postgre and everything worked fine. Then I got the CATALINA_BASE/webapps/jasperserver-pro folder and make it war file:

$JAVA_HOME/bin/jar cfv ../jasperserver-pro.war *

and deployed the war file to WL 12c + Java 8.

However the app is running but it is extremely slow, every single click is taking 20 seconds or even minutes to load.

Any ideas what could be wrong, I used the official guide from here https://community.jaspersoft.com/documentation/tibco-jasperreports-server-installation-guide/v71/installing-war-file-weblogic-0 (version is 7.1) ?

Are there any differences between the TIB_js-jrs_7.1.0_linux_x86_64.run and TIB_js-jrs_7.1.0_bin.zip
