Error screen on add data source on Jasper report server.

we have an EC2 ubuntu instance where we have installed Jasperserver community edition without an error. We can access it just fine from the browser and the security groups are configured based on the same  , When we are planning to connect to our data source it gives us the following error, I am attaching a screenshot of the same, If anyone can help us with this issue it would be great, Our end goal is to connect it with our AWS redshift cluster database.

I am having the exact same problem. It's throwing an error while I am clicking on add data source. Is there any way it can be fixed?
