katma11 Posted February 20, 2018 Share Posted February 20, 2018 Hello,we are able to create Gantts that run fine in Studio but when uploaded in Server both IE and Crhome crash while loading it.In the server logs, it gives us error: Custom Tenant BuiltInParameterProvider, pool-6-threat [root|superuser] - getProfileAttributes (User=superuser, tenant=null): Profile Level User (jasperadmin) specified could not be found in tenenat.I am not using superuser to run it. However I can run any other report and I even tried different users just in case.Any idea what this issue can be? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
