Report Display Using measure

Hi

 

I want to display a report using Adhoc view.

I have created custom query using ms sql. And creating adhoc view.

Fields : Request ID, Created Date, Completed date, Service Name, Requestor Name

Measure created : Count("Request ID")

 

I want to show below display Data in tabular format. And also in Pie chart. How can I achieve this ?

 

Request Detail

Service Name	Count of Request
IT	8
HR	7
