Jasper Studio - Modify Query to add RIGHT OUTER JOIN on partial field

Hi i'm newbie on Jasper Studio 5.6.1 but i've experience enough on Business Object (now BO) and my problem now is to port my SQL query on Jasper.

I've a query that on BO produce a join on partial field.

I've used SUBSTR(field,1,3)=TableB.Key(+) in the Where CLAUSE.

Now is possibile on Jasper use the same notation (+) to make right outer join in Where CLAUSE ?

If Yes where i can put my hands on Jasper Studio ?
