Hey everyone,

I am sure that this maybe due to me having the community edition, but when I am logged in as jasperadmin, then go to View> Repository and right click on any folder, there is no contextual menu.

I am unable to add folders or change permissions.

I can go to Manage> Role and I can create a role, while adding jasperadmin to the role.

I can go to Manage> Users, select jasperadmin and click edit, followed by moving all the roles except for ROLE_ANONYMOUS. I do not understand adding an attribute - can add something there to make it work?

The reason why I would like to add a folder is that I want to publish to a folder within reports called "test"

Thanks in advance

Not getting contextual menu is not a Community version issue. It may be a problem with the web browser/version you're using. Try using IE 10 and see if there's any error messages.

Another reason may be that you didn't install/setup JasperReports Server properly.

Thank you @hozawa, it turns out that I was right clicking on the "plus" sign or folder. When I moved the mouse a little more to the right of the folder icon, followed by right clicking, then the contextual menu appeared
