HTML-5 charts are not redening in IE-11 throwing Java script : Uncaught error

Hi All,

I have a drill down report. On main report I am showing a stacked bar with line and the child report also I am dispalying the same chart but with different data.

I have no problem Mozilla or Chrome but when viewing in IE-11.0.96, I am struck with Uncaught error.

Using F-12 (browser debugger) I set Document Mode=Edge (clicked on Persist Emulation settings enabled) and referehsed the page then the chart rendered.

I have closed IE and opned browser again and navigated to the report and then ran the report but I have the same problem of Uncaught exception . If go debug mode and if I refresh the chart is rendering but this should not acceptable for end custoemers b'z they might not know IE settings and what to change every time though we tranfer KT.

Did any one come across this kind of issue ?

Hi,

Check the compatibility settings for intranet sites of the internet explorer  

i guess the rendering mode is set to 7 by default.
