when exporting to text output ,text field has remain white spaces how to remove white spaces in text field also after some records there is space remaining after some records

in my scenario there is title band & use group footer to place data also i try keep together in grouping stil not finding any solution.

hope anyone knows please help me its urgent.

my problem is that when i export to text , there always remain trailing spaces after text finish so how do i  remove it ?

anyone have idea please help me out its urgent requirement from client .
