Trouble adding new user: "Expected a decrypted password in request attribute, but found none"

Hi,

I have added many users before without any problem but when I try to add a new user now, I get the following error: "Expected a decrypted password in request attribute, but found none."

I am logged in as Jasper Admin. I haven't changed any settings since last time I added a user with success. I have tried different browsers, network connections and OS but no luck. I have also set 'Allowuserschangepassword' property to true but it doesn't help. Please have a look at the screenshot below and advice.
