3647hzdehzrhz Posted June 8, 2015 Posted June 8, 2015 Hello everybody,we had a blackout on friday and our servers and databases have been down for a couple of hours. After rebooting the server which runs Jasperserver all of our customers recieved following mail:-----Original Message-----From: XXX [XXX] Sent: Samstag, 6. Juni 2015 23:27To: XXX; XXXSubject: XXXReports_Pro_MonatJasperReports Server encountered an error while generating this report. Please contact your administrator.[/code]As it looks like, this only applies to reports being scheduled to run monthly or every couple of months. So NONE of the reports sending this message were not to run in the first place. And today, a couple of days after, all the reports get genereted just fine, if i start them manually. Also all daily reports were sent just fine.I have checked the logs (/opt/jasperreports-server-cp-5.6.0/apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver/WEB-INF/logs) and the messages (on the web gui) but with no success. Is there a way to find out which report is responsible for a log entry? Because all I find in the logs are messages like:2015-06-06 17:05:00,021 ERROR ReportExecutionJob,quartzScheduler_Worker-1:311 - The job was not completed. A system error occurred while running it.com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.engine.scheduling.service.ReportJobNotFoundException: jsexception.report.job.not.found But at that time there are 50 Reports supposed to run, so how do I find out which one caused the error?I would really (really) appreciate any hints on where the problem lies. ThanksTi
