Report parameters not being published to server

I developed a report in JasperSoft Studio 6.0.1 and published it to the server  6.0.1. The report's parameters didn't get published. While publishing, I've noticed in Studio that Resources list is empty.

How can I make JS Studio pick and publish my parameters ? There are some internal parameters that need to be deployed.

You have to add the parameters on your report inside the server. Have you already tried to add them (select your report in server + edit + select controls and resources and them add the input control)? 

After you add them you can run the report.

The report worked after I added the input controls on the server. The question is why the parameters did not get deployed at the same time, when I published the report. I see this behavior for the first time.
