lost environment details

Hi All,

We've a situation in our project. Project Specific Documentation has been lost and Team members are new. 

We only have a web link for viewing reports

Can you please help if I can access Jasperadmin through this link ?

Yes you should, go to https://<Hostname:9041>/jasperserver/ only and you will be presented with the login page there you can login as jasperadmin as long as you have the password.

If you have lost the password you will need SSH/console access to that server so you can override the password in the Jasperserver Repository database
