kapoorsid Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Hi All,I have a requirement where I have to design a cover page for a client which has various triagnles set against each other indifferent colors.Using ireport, I could only insert in the sqaure/rectangle boxes and only way to achieve the result is to use a combination of boxes and images to get the desired look.Is there any way that triangles can be inserted on the page and filled with colors?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Sid
gert_1 Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Do the triangles containt variables? E.a. does it containt text or content that can change dynamically?
kapoorsid Posted January 7, 2015 Author Posted January 7, 2015 No they are just triangles with colors in it. Attached the image below for reference.Thanks. /sites/default/files/images/HeaderExample.jpg
kapoorsid Posted January 8, 2015 Author Posted January 8, 2015 Yes, the colors can change dynamically.
hozawa Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 Little bit old but and answer is yes. Jaspersoft Studio 6.2.2 supports Custom Visualization component that can be used to draw shapes such as triangles using svg. You'll need to do something JavaScript programming but the amount of shapes that can now be drawn is worth the effort.
