Where can I buy Jasper Reports Server Professional in Australia?

I tried contacting Tibco but no answer.

Do you buy direct if you are an Australian company or go through a reseller.

I do not need services just need to license it.

You can download the product for eval from http://community.jaspersoft.com/download

BTW, how did you try and contact TIBCO?  They just acquired us in late April and we're still getting to know each other.  We would definitely appreciate knowing how we almost lost a sale.
