How setup high-availability on jasperserver 5.5

Hi,

 

I search how to setup high availability for JAspersoft Enterprise 5.5.

I didn't find documentation about this.

Could you please tell me how it works, how to setup it and limitations of this clustering ?

 

I can loose current execution of reports but I need to keep all schedules, result of old reports, ... if I switch on failover jasperserver.

I have a loadbalancer (BigIP) in front-end which can switch on failover but in this case I don't have reports, schedule, ... replicated on failover server.

But how can I setup 2 Jasperserver with the same repository?

Is there an HowTo for this setup of cluster?

 

Is there a way to keep separate database for the 2 setup to not be dependent of 1 database server ?

JasperReports Server by itself doesn't support clustering - it's necessary to setup clustering on the application server. As an example, setup JBoss cluster and deploy JasperReports Server war on the cluster.
