Hi Good morning

I am creating a jasperReport. I am working working 1st time on this.. very new to xml/jasperreport concept
My requirement is as below. I need cross tabular summation of few columns no_of_clerks,no_of_managers,no_of_peons against comapny, department, project.
I have written a ' group' in a jasper file for getting sum for 1 level. i.e. i have written 1 group that can create sum against either Company or Department or Project. I need to create a group inside a group. or is there any other way to do this?

Available data and required output is below. and also attached
