JasperReports Server 5.5 on Windows 7 - problem with post-install step

I am trying to install JasperReports Server 5.5a on my Windows 7 laptop. I have chosen to use the bundled Tomcat and Postgres. It seems to complete installation of both successfully as well as create the same database, but then runs into a post-install problem. I get the following error:

"Error running C:Jaspersoftjasperreports-server-5.5aapache-antant.bat import -DimportFile=install_resources/export/js-catalog : FilesJavajre6libextQTJava.zip""=="" was unexpected at this time" (see attached screenshot)

I am unable to determine/troubleshoot by looking at the referenced ant.bat file. If I try to open http://localhost:8080/jasperserver-pro, I get a "404 - Requested resource is not available" error.

Please help.
