Disable report export options at individual report level

I know the exporters can be broadly turned on and off, and that you could modify templates to be aware of user roles, but is there a way to turn on/off individual formats for an individual report? Ideally, something that could be put into the jrxml like <property name="net.sf.jasperreports.export.csv.enabled" value="false"/>.
