Protect Excel cells from Copy/paste

Using JExcelApiExporter I can password protect an excel generated file from being edited .

 

But a simple copy/paste from all the cells in excel file to another excel file, takes a perfect copy of it and the copy is obviously not password protected, so a simple save using the same filename of the original file creates a (possible) changed file.

 

is there a way to create this password protected excel file, with it having all cells in it protected from being copy/paste (if they cannot even be selected would be better) using JExcelApiExporter or any alternative ? thanks
