how to register GenericElementHtmlHandler in Jasper Server

I have tried to implement GenericElementHtmlHandler which render the Custom HTML through Eclipse Jaspersoft Environment. I am unable to register it in jasperreports.extension.properties file. Could provide the Location of the File or how to deploy it on jasper server. Sample example could be preferred.

Sample provided by jasper have beans.xml file what is significance of it?
