Jasperreports-server-cp-5.0.0 server startup is very very slow.. how to solve issue?

Hi jasper lovers....!!!!

Os : Windows 7

Installed : jasperreports-server-cp-5.0.0-windows-x64-installer.exe

Problem : Installation went successfully .  No port number has been changed while installation goes. i.e, used 8080. No other servers are using same port numbers in the machine. 

              All the other servers like mySQL,Pentaho tomcat server services has been stoped.  Postgres is installed with bundeled. 

         Now, the jasper server is coming but very very slowly... It is taking a min of 30 minutes to 45 minutes to start the server ?

        What's the problem ? Where do I need to make changes ? 

         Tried with changing port numbers(start up and shut down port numbers) manually in all the required .xml files.. but no affect I could not see.
