Passing LDAP encoded password hash string to jaspersoft URL

Hi,

I can login  passing clear text passwords  in jaspersoft URL. which are stored in LDAP directory. I am not able to do the same when I replace the clear text password with the encoded hash passwords stored in LDAP directory.
