Unable convert .rtf text .

Hi friends

I am working on one web application . The .rtf text are saving in my data base. The application generate the PDF from the present data

The application working almost corrcet.

 

Now i am facing the problem with special character like alpha beta and other greek characters. When my aplication save the RTF 

the text looks like below

The problem with bold text. My jasper cannot converting that text. because that has taking font like this .Times New RomanTimes New Roman Greek.

Jasper is telling no font found or font not avilable for JVM

 

please help me on this issue..
