russelln2
Within a band, I have an image defined using the stretchtype "relativetotallestobject" and a defined width/height of 595/100.The image in question is a letterhead, black text/images on a white background. The original image is 2311 x 390 and appears correctly on the generated report. I was supplied a new image which was 2550 x 534. I adjusted the height to 125 to match, and while it is positioned and resized correctly, the white portion of the image is showing up as a dark gray. Any ideas why this is occuring? jlarkin_1
Have you edited the original image in an image editing program to see if perhaps what you think should appear white is actually transparent? The default transparency color is grey, so it's possible that the area in question is supposed to be transparent but that isn't working as expected. Sorry if you've thought of this already. It's really a "second pair of eyes" sort of answer on my part. :)
amywhite989
You said the white images are viewed gray in the PDF report. What about the background color of the PDF document report, gray or white? This is a similar issue in image gray problem in Crystal report, maybe you can have a look.http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3040517/why-images-in-crystal-report-with-white-background-doesnt-show-as-pure-white
