Dynamic Columns in Report

I want to create a report as shown below: 

But the number of columns in red depend upon the data in database

The subcolumns under each "Red " heading also depends upon the user selcetion of period for ex: 

if User selects current year then Jan-currentmonth cells should be displayed.

 

I'm able to generate the report for static table but I have no idea about this as I'm new to this.
