markorocko Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 I had a user request the ability to dynamically choose which columns a PDF report is sorted by and just discovered that I CANNOT dynamically plug in parameters into an order by using iReport. It appears jasperforge uses a prepared statement to fill the report and you cannot plug in a param value ? in an order by clause. So, I was wondering what options I have at this point?Has anyone found a work around?Or is there a way server side to create a raw SQL statement and feed it in dynamically to Jasperforge?Please advise, thanks!
