First page blank even having all the bands with Split Type = Stretch [SOLVED]

 Hi, 

I have a report with a long detail band, including a page break component followed by a subreport at the bottom of this band. 

When I run the report it's being generated fine except by the fact it has a blank first page.

Any clues on how to avoid displaying that blank page? I've attached the report's code as well as the generated report in pdf format.

 Ok, I figured out what was going down.

I unchecked the report's property Title on a new page and the blank page has gone.

Hi,

I am working with spring3.0.5 RELEASE,jpa2, ireport 4.5.0.I have a problem i am retrieving the list of values from the sprind dao and passing that list to the jrDatasource of JRBeanCollectionDataSource.I am placing that jrDatasource in map object then placing that map object in the modelandview object.While designing the report in the ireport i have given the field name as the attribute name of my entity class.Anything wrong with my jrxml.I am getting the following exception.I read so many forums but there is no proper use.I am becoming mad with this.If you have any idea can you tell me.

I attached my jrxml file there the field name activePackage is the attributename in my entity class.
