Customization successful ..But items to be edited.. Kindly help

I have been customozing the jasperrepports server 4 version and completed successfuly.

Now all i have to do is edited those options available under "root" tree. 

1) I dont want Content files, Images etc which are listed below "Änalysis Components"..

I guess this has to be edited in java file before compilation. If you can help me kindly do it..

Delete them!

But you can't delete the folder themes!
